The Kalgidhar Society is a development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.

Approach is towards making the needy in society become self-sufficient. Our mission is to provide access to health resources, basic education and promote community development, guided by the principles of responsibility, towards achieving our avowed goal of promoting physical, psychological and socio-economic development of societies.

Engages in collaborative approaches to conservation issues such as growth, energy, climate change, land and water use, and public policy. The Institute works toward a vision of a West with healthy lands, resilient economies and vibrant communities.

The Happy Home relieves the human sufferings of some of the poor, neglected and destitute children below poverty line irrespective of caste, colour, creed and religion.
